They did make that right after some difficulty. But, when I called to get the balance on my rent to own agreement, they couldn't seem to answer me, claiming they would have to "figure it out" by adding up all of my payments. What's to say I haven't paid too much already? Honestly, if you can't keep current track of customer's payments you need to upgrade your system. Absolutely ridiculous!
